Advertising through IPEM gives you access to our membership of more than 4,900 medical physicists, clinical and biomedical engineers, and technologists. IPEM offers a range of advertising options for members, charities, professional bodies, NHS trusts and commercial companies in:
- SCOPE (IPEM’s quarterly member magazine)
- the Placement Service Circular (PSC) - electronic jobs publication
- inserts in conference delegate packs.
SCOPE: Suitable for commercial advertisements, particularly those promoting publications, products or services.
Copy is required in well in advance of publication and is therefore less suitable for time-sensitive content, such as courses and events. SCOPE does not take recruitment advertisements.
SCOPE is sent out free to all members every quarter.

Job adverts are emailed to members, using a newsletter format, which is print-friendly. They are also made available to view via this website.
Text should be supplied in the body of an email or as a word document. Logos are accepted in .jpg or .gif format: please send as an email attachment.

You can guarantee first place listing, subject to availability, for an extra 20%.
Discounts: Agency Commission of 10%, provided payment is received within 30 days of invoice date. IPEM Member Discount (including Company Members) of 20%, provided that advertisements are placed directly by IPEM members on behalf of their organisations, not through advertising agents.

Inserts into conference delegate packs Suitable for any relevant material from non-profit or commercial sources.
At all of our conferences delegates will receive a pack with specific information such as the programme, speaker information etc. You can include a flyer in this which will be distributed to all delegates at the conference (although we cannot guarantee that there will be an opportunity for inserts at every meeting). To see the conference programme and decide on a relevant conference please look at our forthcoming IPEM Conferences. The cost is only £60.00 plus VAT.

Payment notes VAT at the current rate will be charged (to UK and EC advertisers only). Payment is accepted in pounds sterling only. Overseas advertisers are required to pre-pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Delta). We do not accept payment via AMEX.
