Every Technologists' Training Scheme (TTS) trainee is allocated two moderators: one external and one supporting. Moderators play a vital role in the success of the training scheme and those who enrol on it. They guide new trainees through their training and development by providing an external source of support and guidance to those who are new to the profession. Key to the role is an enthusiasm for the training scheme and a desire to help progress the careers of those who are new to the profession.
