This typically includes post establishment, vacancy rates, headcounts, age profiles and agenda for change banding or seniority data.
We can provide bespoke reports to IPEM members, targeting specific demographics. Requests can include but are not limited to, anonymised bench-marking of similar departments or services, regional or area data, establishment and vacancy rates for groups based on specific demographics such as seniority or age.
