MRI Safety e-Learning
MRI Safety is an interactive online training resource.
Delivered in partnership by the Institute of Physics and Engineering in Medicine (IPEM), Health Education England (HEE) eLearning for Healthcare (eLfH) and a multiprofessional working party, MRI Safety is a free training resource.
The e-Learning is structured into five courses, each linked to a different MR Safety role as described in the MHRA guidelines for MRI safety:
- MRI Authorised Persons (Non-MR Environment)
- MR Authorised Persons (MR Environment)
- MR Authorised Persons (Supervisor)
- MRI Clinicians
- Referrers
When users select the most relevant course to their MRI Safety course, they will be directed to content tailored to their needs.
All courses on e-LfH are free for all NHS employees. This course is also available to purchase for those working outside the NHS.
