SCOPE Highly Commended at awards ceremony
THE re-launched IPEM members’ magazine SCOPE has been Highly Commended at a prestigious awards ceremony.
SCOPE had been shortlisted in the annual Memcom Awards in the Best Magazine Launch or Re-launch category and at the awards ceremony in London, SCOPE was Highly Commended.
The magazine was re-launched with new publishers Redactive in 2020, with the first re-designed edition landing on members’ doormats in June. The awards honour publications within the membership sector which demonstrate superior execution of editorial objectives, engaging content and innovative design.
Phil Morgan, IPEM’s Chief Executive Officer, said: ‘This recognition shows that SCOPE is an eye-catching and engaging publication. ‘Highly Commended’ is testament to the hard work of everyone involved in making our members’ magazine an even more vibrant and stimulating publication.
‘It is a great team effort and credit must go to the contributors, to the Chair of the SCOPE Editorial Advisory Board, Usman Lula, to the publisher Redactive, and to Sean Edmunds and Paul Barrett in the IPEM National Office.’
Rob Dabrowski, SCOPE’s Editor, added: ‘Our aim was to create the most engaging, vibrant and vital publication possible, and it's great to have this recognised by Memcom.
‘We could not have done this without all the outstanding articles contributed by IPEM members, so thank you for all the hard work and dedication.’
