MPE Update 2025

Following the success of a combined MPE Update in 2024, the MPE Update 2025 will again be an update on relevant legislative requirements and updates for Medical Physics Experts (MPE) or aspiring MPE's working in Diagnostic Radiology, Nuclear Medicine and Radiotherapy.

The online for 2025 event aims to include discussions on the updates to IR(ME)R17 (Amendment 24), MPE certification and support, optimisation, procurement and other relevant matters.

We are pleased to confirm that Ashley Smith will be providing an update from ARSAC, and Peter Marsden will be providing an "update on the ongoing recognition of MPE's" on behalf of RPA2000, and a representative from CQC will be attending to provide an IR(ME)R update.  

John Saunderson, will provide an overview of the Medical & Dental Guidance Notes and Richard Meades will discuss "What is the role of an MPE with AI?"
