The 2023 CSC Symposium highlighted that collaborating with corporate IT was one of the biggest practical challenges faced by those doing CSC activities. This webinar will aim to cover some of the basic terminology and concepts that our IT colleagues use, and highlight their concerns so that we can better communicate with these teams. Topics covered might include IT Service Management concepts, such as IT change management, as well as discussion around how to engage well with corporate IT.
