We are very excited to introduce a new piece of training for those who want to support aspiring Medical Physics Experts (MPEs). There may be someone in your department who you are already supporting to achieve MPE certification but you still maybe finding your own way around on how to guide and support them the best way you know. At IPEM we have been undertaking some research to understand the needs in the MPE area. Our research showed that more guidance and support for those supporting aspiring MPEs is needed.
