Submissions will be accepted by the using the Case Study of Experience Submission Form below.
Preparation of Case Studies of Experience
- Case Studies of Experience must use the IPEM Case Studies of Experience Template and be no longer than 1 page of A4 with single line spacing.
- Case Studies of Experience must be submitted within Word format.
- Case Studies of Experience should state briefly and clearly the purpose, solution, outcomes and conclusions of the work:
Please follow the style below:
Background. Background to your organisation and the issues being face and the original proposed solution including 5-10 key points.
Solutions: Solutions proposed including intending outcome.
Lessons Learned: Identify elements that you changed or would do differently
Best Practice: Highlight areas of success/best practice and why.
Conclusion. Overall thoughts - benefits/negatives of this solution
- Please ensure that you check your Case Studies of Experience carefully before submitting via the on-line form to ensure it is the final version. Changes may not be permitted once the abstract has been submitted.
- You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your Case Studies of Experience on submission.
- Your Case Studies of Experience will be forwarded to the Programme Lead(s) for refereeing, and you will be notified approximately 3 weeks after the deadline whether your abstract has been accepted for presentation or poster.
